Call for Nominations
The Pittsburgh Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals is calling for 2010 nominations for its Tenth Annual Business Ethics Awards. The PBEA Awards Luncheon and Presentation will be held in February of 2011.
NOMINATION PROCESS:
Nominations for the Pittsburgh Business Ethics Award must be submitted by September 30, 2010. A customer, client, employee, consultant, or vendor who is impressed with a company’s commitment to ethical behavior in its everyday operations may nominate the company. The faculty and students at the David Berg Center for Ethics and Leadership at the University of Pittsburgh will review the nominations and request additional information from the nominated firms.
To nominate a firm, you need only provide the name of the company, approximate number of employees (if known), a brief description of the business, and a company contact name and phone number.

Companies not eligible for nomination:
1) Non-Profit Organizations
2) Financial Service Companies – defined as a firm which earns more than 25% of its revenues from providing financial services or from the sale of financial products.
Three separate awards will be presented based on the number of employees:
Large Company – more than 2,500 employees
Medium Company – 250 – 2,500 employees
Small Company – fewer than 250 employees
Nomination Deadline extended until September 30, 2010
